We may also automatically collect certain technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data when you interact with the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the ListGreenLight platform and its AI features
- Process transactions and send related billing information through Stripe
- Send transactional communications including photo upload links, upload confirmation notifications, and final approval results
- Send SMS notifications and platform alerts you have opted into
- Respond to your comments and support requests
- Analyze usage to enhance platform performance and user experience
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. SMS / Text Messaging
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your SMS opt-in data or phone number to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in consent is never transferred or sold to third parties.

When you use ListGreenLight, a unique submission link is generated for your property evaluation. We retain the information associated with that submission — including realtor name, property address, email address, phone number, uploaded photos, and payment records — for a reasonable period after your evaluation is complete.
If you would like your submission data deleted, you may request this at any time by contacting us at support@listgreenlight.com. We will process your request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment transaction records).
